Usually by now I would have written a few more posts describing the insanity that accompanies a retail store in the heart of a tourist area.  Luckily, I was really too busy!  So, thank you all of our new and old customers keeping me and the other Primavera girls busy.  And just when you think you’ll catch a break, we have back to school, Halloween, Thanksgiving (my personal favorite holiday) and then the Holiday season is here and gone. 

With that in mind, never too early to start getting prepared.  I was never one to even attempt to holiday shop early.  It even pains me to have any seasonal items in the store in the summer.  But a few years ago, I noticed more and more customers proudly proclaiming, I just bought my first Christmas gift-and it was June.  And then there are a few that were buying their last Christmas gift-it was also in June.  While the majority of us will wait until mid December to even get in the spirit, Primavera has hinted at a few holiday items. 

My personal favorite it the Frasier Fir candle.  It sold out last year and I never got one!!  We were a little smarter this year and shouldn’t run out.   When you walk into the store, the first thing people ask-what do I smell?  And this is the candle.  It burns for 50 hours and makes the best holiday housewarming gift.  And if you purchase online at PrimaveraNewport.com, buy 4 and you can get free freight.  Easy, right?  That’s the idea.  As we get some new things in for fall and winter, I’ll update.  I promise!!
